We ship all original artworks with care, tracking, and fast dispatch across Australia and internationally (where eligible). Please review the information below regarding framed and unframed canvas deliveries.

📦 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Orders are securely packaged in protective mailing tubes or boxes
• FREE shipping on all orders over $500 within Australia
• Framed canvas artworks are shipped Australia-wide
• All parcels include tracking — details are emailed once dispatched
• We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• All large artworks are shipped via Pack & Send to ensure their safe journey and full protection

🌍 International Shipping

• We ship worldwide – international orders are welcome
• We do not ship framed artworks internationally due to the high risk of damage in transit
• All international artworks are shipped unframed, rolled in a protective mailing tube
• If you would like to explore international framed shipping, please contact us to discuss custom arrangements (insurance and extra charges will apply)
• Optional insurance can be requested by leaving a note during checkout

At KT Aboriginal Fine Art, we take pride in delivering high-quality, carefully packaged Aboriginal artworks. Due to the unique and often custom-made nature of our pieces, we kindly ask customers to review our return terms below.

🖼️ Artwork Returns

• We do not accept returns for change of mind, as all artworks are made to order or one-of-a-kind
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging
• Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions

🌍 Framed Artwork – International Orders

• Framed canvas artworks are not shipped internationally due to the high risk of damage in transit
• In rare cases where framed artworks are shipped overseas at the buyer’s request, full insurance must be added
• KT Aboriginal Fine Art is not responsible for damage or loss during international transit for framed artworks

💳 Refund Eligibility

• If your return is approved (e.g., for a damaged or incorrect item), we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
