How secure is my account?

Our website is designed and maintained by Shopify, Shopify provides the highest level of security to customers. Shopify keeps a record of activities for the security of your account. These records include the login information (IP and time) and key actions. A cookie in your browser is used to authenticate your access to KT Aboriginal Fine Art. SSL-enabled connections encrypt transmission of important data between us when using Shopify. If you forgot your password, you will need to request a new password

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

Sometimes stock sells out quickly and this is beyond our control, if this happens it will be displayed on your final invoice as 'Out of Stock' and you may need to re-order products or we can do a back-order when they products arrive back in stock.

How do I track my parcel?

You can track your shipment using your order number on our our website. Otherwise you can visit Australia Post directly by visiting www.auspost.com.au/track

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet arrived in stock. … Once your pre-ordered product/s have arrived in stock, customers are notified via email or text.

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is coming soon?

The 'Coming soon' status denotes a product that we expect to sell in the future but not got a public release date yet due to still in production for example a painting is half completed is classed as coming soon.

What is your return policy?

You have 7 day's to return your order if you are not happy with your purchase from us.

  • Postage Costs: We are not responsible for postage costs of returns it is the customer's responsibility to
    return goods to us, once order received we will start the refund process, this can take up to 5-10 working day's.

  • Return Policy: We do not accept returns if your order is returned after 7 day's.

What are Little things and Big things?

At humm, we do Buy Now Pay Later a little differently. Instead of just focusing on the little joys in life, we want to allow our customers to fund whatever they need, both big and little. This means we’ve split our product in two; Little things for all of your purchases up to $2,000, and Big things for those purchases over $2,000 and all the way up to $30,000. They each have their own set of rules for approval, but no matter what, we never charge interest – ever.

You can buy stuff both online and in-store, here’s how:

 

Online – simply go to any website which has the humm logo (or choose from our Store Directory), choose humm at checkout and you’ll be taken through humm to get your payment sorted.
In-Store – Open the humm App to create a barcode and use this at checkout to make your purchase, they’ll scan it or key in the code manually.
