We delivery all our product's and painting's through Australia Post via regular or Express Post, shipping is calculated during checkout.

• Canvas painting's: All our painting's are sold unframed unless stated otherwise, each painting is bubbled wrapped then wrapped again with wrapping paper then placed in a mailing cylinder tube for extra protection.
• Acrylic Glass print's: Our Acrylic Prints are bubbled wrapped then placed into a box then sealed with heavy duty tape for extra protection.
• Insurance: If you would like to insure your painting, Insurance is optional during checkout.
• Bedding: Our bedding range is bubbled wrapped, wrapped again in strong heavy duty white plastic to seal the goods inside then a shipping label is stuck on the front of your package with your name and address information. 

• You can track your shipment using our website. Otherwise you can visit Australia Post directly by visiting www.auspost.com.au/track

You have 7 day's to return your order if you are not happy with your purchase from us.

• Postage Costs: We are not responsible for postage costs of returns it is the customer's responsibility to
  return goods to us, once order received we will start the refund process, this can take up to 5-10 working day's.
