Shipping

All our products and paintings are delivered by Courier or Australia Post by Regular or Express Post. Shipping is calculated during checkout.
Canvas paintings: All our paintings are sold unframed unless stated otherwise, each painting is bubbled wrapped then wrapped again with gift wrapping paper (optional during checkout) then placed in a mailing tube for extra protection.
Insurance: If you would like to ensure your painting, Insurance is optional during checkout by letting us know in the comments bar if you want to pay extra for insurance, once we have received your order a separate invoice is generated with insurance costs and emailed to you the same day.

Canvas Prints: 
- Box Frame: Our Box Frame Prints are framed using stretcher bars then placed in a box frame of your choice Oak, Walnut, Black, or White then bubble wrapped and placed into a protective mailing box and sealed with heavy-duty tape for extra protection. Courier Delivery within 7-10 Days.
- Stretched: Our Stretched Prints are framed using stretcher bars then bubble wrapped and placed into a protective mailing box then sealed with heavy-duty tape for extra protection. Courier Delivery within 3-5 Days.
- Unstretched: Our Unstretched Prints are rolled up then bubbled wrapped and placed into a protective mailing tube (cylinder) then sealed with heavy-duty tape for extra protection. Courier Delivery within 3-5 Days.
Acrylic Glass prints: Our Acrylic Prints are bubbled wrapped then placed into a mailing box then sealed with heavy-duty tape for extra protection.
Bedding: Our bedding range is already sealed in a clear PVC bag and then wrapped again in a strong heavy-duty satchel to seal the goods inside then a shipping label is stuck on the front of your package with your name and address information. 

Parcel Post

  • You can track your shipment using our website. Otherwise, you can visit Australia Post directly by visiting www.auspost.com.au/track 
  •  Estimated 2+ working days for deliveries within Australia.

Express Post

  • Express Post is our fastest postal delivery option estimated 1+ business days for delivery, but current covid circumstances mean we can't guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment. View delivery times
  • Covers 80% of Australian addresses, operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres.

Returns

You have 7 days to return your order if you are not happy with your purchase from us.

  • Postage Costs: We are not responsible for postage costs of returns it is the customer's responsibility to return goods to us, once the order is received we will start the refund process, this can take up to 5-10 working days.
  • Return Policy: We do not accept returns if your order is returned after 7 days.
