    Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

    Shipping

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

    Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

    Canvas Prints Rolled.

    KTAFA offers the option to purchase canvas art prints without frames, this gives you the freedom to get them framed in your own way.

    Our canvas prints are of the highest quality and are professionally printed on incredibly durable Eclipse Premium Satin Solvent Canvas 310GSM.

    Our artworks have an incredible colour gamut and superior colour brilliance, which makes them look even more stunning on canvas.

    The outer edge of each artwork is copied and inverted, and then printed on the sides of the frame. This creates an appealing extension of the artwork, complete with a 30mm mirrored edge and a 20mm white border that can be used for gallery wrapping.

    All of our rolled canvas art prints are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into a mailing tube for safe delivery. This option gives you the freedom to display your artwork in a glass frame or on your walls, however you prefer.

    Canvas Print + Stretch.

    Our stretched and float-framed canvas products are of the same high quality. Stretched canvas is stretched over a timber frame and is ready to hang straight on the wall. The canvas is stapled behind the frame and covered with a tightening agent to give it a better fit.

    The canvas is protected from water, UV rays, and dust to ensure its longevity. It is then stretched and gallery-wrapped around a 38mm frame to create a seamless, museum-quality finish.

    At KTAFA, we offer our customers the option to add a float frame to their canvas art print order.

    This frame creates a 1cm gap between the stretched canvas and the frame, resulting in an elegant 3D effect. Our frames are made of solid timber, with a width of 1cm and a depth of 4.5cm.

    All of our framed art prints come ready to hang, making the process of displaying them on your walls easy and hassle-free.
