🚚 Shipping Information

We ship all original artworks with care, tracking, and fast dispatch across Australia and internationally (where eligible). Please review the information below regarding framed and unframed canvas deliveries:

📦 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Orders are securely packaged in protective mailing tubes or boxes.
• FREE shipping on all orders over $500 within Australia.
• Framed canvas artworks are shipped Australia-wide.
• All parcels are tracked, and tracking details are emailed once dispatched.
• We aim to dispatch within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

🌍 International Shipping

• We do not ship framed canvas artworks internationally due to the high risk of damage during transit.
• For international customers wishing to receive a framed original artwork, please contact us to discuss custom arrangements. Insurance will be required, and additional fees may apply.
• Unframed original artworks (rolled canvas) are available for international delivery.

🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At KT Aboriginal Fine Art, we take pride in delivering high-quality, carefully packed Aboriginal artworks. Due to the custom nature and fragility of our pieces, we kindly ask customers to review our return terms below:

🖼️ Artwork Returns

• We do not accept returns for change of mind, as all artworks are made to order or one-of-a-kind.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
• Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

🌍 Framed Artwork – International Orders

• Framed canvas artworks are not shipped internationally due to a high risk of damage.
• In special cases where framed artworks are shipped overseas at the buyer’s request, full insurance must be added, and KT Aboriginal Fine Art is not responsible for damage or loss during transit.

💳 Refund Eligibility

• If your return is approved (e.g., for a damaged or incorrect item), we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
